1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the b44 platform — whether through the website at b44.st, the b44 mobile app or any other channel through which b44 makes its services available — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or make use of any b44 services. Creating an account or placing a bet constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms at that point in time.

These terms apply to all services offered by b44 including sports betting, casino games, live casino, slot games, fish games, esports markets and any other product made available through the platform now or in the future.

2Eligibility

To register and use a b44 account you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Multiple accounts belonging to the same person — identified by name, address, phone number, payment method, device ID or any other identifier — are not permitted. If multiple accounts are detected, b44 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses held within them.

• Your username and password must be kept confidential at all times.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

4Deposits and Payments

b44 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through several payment methods available to Pakistan players. Supported channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards and compatible mobile wallets. • Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are shown at the time of deposit.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name.
• b44 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of account holders.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support as soon as possible if you believe an error has occurred.
• b44 reserves the right to decline a deposit from any payment source it considers inconsistent with platform policy.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your b44 account at any time, subject to identity verification and the conditions outlined in this section. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.

b44 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times depend on the withdrawal method selected and internal verification requirements. Estimated timelines are displayed before you confirm a withdrawal request.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day.
• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts and payment methods registered in your own name.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• b44 may request additional identity documents before releasing a withdrawal.
• Accounts with pending verification checks may have withdrawals held until verification is complete.
• In cases of suspected fraud or account irregularities, b44 may delay or suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation.

6Bonuses and Promotions

b44 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. General bonus rules that apply across all b44 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after placement except where a cash-out option is available and the player chooses to use it.
• b44 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was published in error, including incorrect odds.
• If a sporting event is postponed or abandoned, settlement rules specific to that sport and market type apply.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are shown before you confirm a bet.

• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time, including during live match action.
• b44's decision on the settlement of all bets is final.

For cricket markets specifically — including PSL, T20 internationals and other fixtures — match and innings settlement follows official scorecards from the relevant governing body. Retirement of a batsman due to injury is treated as out for relevant markets unless otherwise stated in the market rules.

8Casino and Games

b44 provides access to casino games including slot games, live casino tables (roulette, baccarat, blackjack), fish games and other RNG-based titles. All games are provided by third-party game suppliers and are subject to the return-to-player (RTP) percentages and rules set by those suppliers.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software.
• b44 does not influence or interfere with game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection, b44 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the session fairly but cannot guarantee the restoration of a specific game state.
• Bets placed during a documented technical fault may be voided at b44's discretion.
